Praveen Siinghhal is the Founder and Principal Counsel of Edvisars Consultancy Services. With over 25 years of experience, he advises Indian promoters, established businesses, MSMEs and international clients on commercial contracts, corporate advisory, dispute resolution, arbitration and recovery matters.
His practice follows a commercially focused, prevention-first approach: identify legal and financial risks early, strengthen documentation and business processes, and pursue decisive legal action when a dispute cannot be avoided.
Known for translating complex legal issues into clear and practical business decisions, he works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and develop strategies suited to their specific circumstances.
